"A VISIT FROM ST. NICHOLAS" Contribution Form

To be part of the Saint Nicholas event, you may sponsor one child or many children. Below are listed several representative dollar amounts and the number of children those dollars will sponsor.

Individual Children Sponsorship at $25 per child:

• $1,000 for 40 children
• $250 for 10 children
• $100 for 4 children
• $50 for 2 children
• $25 for 1 child

"In-Honor-Of" Sponsorship:

Having trouble figuring out what to give this holiday season? Why not consider an "In-Honor-Of" card to say thank you to your clients, touch the heart of a teacher, and to surprise that hard-to-buy-for friend or relative.

Holiday giving can be as simple as this:

1. You sponsor children in the name(s) of clients, teachers, friends, and/or loved ones.
2. Just send us an address list with your contribution of $25 per gift card. (Click here for our "Gift Cards Mailing List" form which can be used for this purpose.)
3. We send a holiday card in December announcing this heartfelt gift.
