HTV: Old Friends -- New Name & Look
On the occasion of celebrating 20 years of excellence in programming, the City of Houston's Municipal

phasing in new programming and enriching the video resources offered on its Web site. Please check out its
new Web site at: www.htvhouston.net
HTV is available on the following cable systems: Comcast (Ch. 16), Phonoscope (Ch. 2), TVMax (Ch. 16), Suddenlink (Ch. 14), and AT&T U-verse (Ch.99).
Our HTV "On-demand" Videos and Podcasts
Volunteer Houston is proud of its longstanding collaborative relationship with HTV, as represented by
Volunteer Journal, a half-hour interview show devoted to spotlighting nonprofit organizations that
utilize volunteers to enrich Houston's quality of life. As befits HTV's 21st Century approach to
programming, the station has graciously accorded Volunteer Houston the opportunity to offer direct links to the full video and audio of several shows
as well as downloadable audio podcasts of a number of other selected Volunteer Journal interviews. This will afford potential
volunteers the opportunity to get a really in-depth feel for the mission, day-to-day work,
accomplishments, and volunteer needs of each featured organization.
